Four exercises for fat on the hips

Usually the first place where you accumulate the fastest fat is the last place you will get rid of, so you need patience and consistency.

The goal is to reduce body fat and focus on a balanced program that includes specialized training that focuses on problem areas.

The best strategy to strengthen your hips is the following:

1. A low-calorie nutritional program: this is the starting point in reducing body fat.

2. A cardiovascular program that includes jogging 3-5 days a week, 30 minutes.

3. A muscle strengthening workout, 2-3 times a week, about 20-30 minutes.

4. Specialized hip routine: This allows you to work your hips with concentrated exercises so that when body fat is reduced, you are left with fine and well-fortified hips.

Alternate movement with left foot.

Inhale as you step forward.
Exhale as you return to the starting position.
