Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed, plus one half pound watermelon reserved for garnish
  • 1/4 Cup mint leaves, plus several leaves for garnish
  • Juice of four limes
  • 1 bottle of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato
  • 5 Ounces vodka
  • Simple syrup, to taste

Drop strawberries into glass and garnish with orange peel. For the Lavender Simple Syrup, bring one cup water to a boil with 1 tablespoon lavender sprigs. Add 1 cup of sugar and stir till dissolved. Ingredients:
1 oz. NOLET&rsquoS Silver Dry Gin

2 cups canned or fresh lychees, peeled
1/2 cup Simple Syrup, plus more as needed
Prosecco, chilled, preferably

Place lychees and simple syrup in the jar of a blender puree until smooth. Add more simple syrup, if desired. Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Divide lychee mixture evenly between two martini glasses top with prosecco and serve immediately.

Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato-Watermelon Smash

Ingredients:
3 pounds seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed, plus 1/2 pound watermelon reserved for garnish
1/4 cup mint leaves, plus several leaves for garnish
Juice of four limes (about 8 tbsp)
1 bottle of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato
5 ounces vodka
Simple syrup to taste (depending on how sweet your watermelon is, you may not need it at all)
Ice

Add watermelon, mint and lime juice to a blender and puree. Strain into a pitcher. Stir in the Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Moscato and vodka. Taste. Sweeten with simple syrup to taste. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir again, then pour the cocktail into drinking glasses filled with ice and garnish with skewered watermelon.

Ingredients:
3 oz Summer Water Rosé
1 oz Lillet White Apertif
3/4 oz Campari

In a double old-fashioned glass, add all the ingredients. Add ice (a big rock is best), and stir until cold. Take a big piece of grapefruit peel (peel only &mdash no pith!), and express the grapefruit oils over the top of the drink and around the rim.

Ingredients:
5 ounces Rosa Regale
1 ounce London Dry Gin
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Lavender Simple Syrup*
1/2 ounce Blood Orange Juice
1 strawberry, sliced
Orange peel, to garnish

Combine Gin, lemon, blood orange and lavender simple syrup into shaking tin and fill half way with ice. Shake for 3 seconds and strain into a wine glass with ice and top with sparkling rose. Drop strawberries into glass and garnish with orange peel. For the Lavender Simple Syrup, bring one cup water to a boil with 1 tablespoon lavender sprigs. Add 1 cup of sugar and stir till dissolved. Take off heat and let cool. Strain out lavender and refrigerate up to one week.

Ingredients:
Glassware: coupe
Garnish: lavender sprig
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Velvet falernum liqueur
1/2 oz Parfait Amour
