Spicy homemade pizza

Put the yeast in a glass with a little warm water and a pinch of sugar and leave to rise for 5-10 minutes. If the water is cold or too hot, do not leaven. Homemade Pizza

1. For the dough, put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle and put water, salt and oil there.

2. Unwrap the yeast and mix with a little warm water and a little sugar, then pour over the flour and knead. Leave to rise for an hour.

3. Knead the dough again and spread it on a sheet that is transferred to the baking tray greased with oil. Leave to rise for another 30 minutes and then place the garnish ingredients to taste. Bake for 20 minutes.

Method of preparation

I don't know any origin of it, nor was I interested. That's how I woke up, with the idea that I want a spicy dish. :)

It didn't take me long, I'm just crazy about dough. I took out the necessary things on the table and got to work.

I sifted the flour & icircn the lid bowl from Tupperware. The quality black flour must look like the one below, ie it must contain strength. I recommend the flour ground at the mill (even if you don't have a mill nearby, you can buy a larger quantity when you get one, so do I).

I gently heated the water and oil and poured them over the flour. This time I simply added the yeast (usually dissolved in lukewarm water), then I started sprinkling the wonderful seeds but especially the chilli flakes and basil. I did not forget the salt, which I sprinkled all over the mountain of flour. :)

I put the lid on and started to act. I immediately chose an elastic dough because you like to juggle it. If you do not have Tupperware, you can use any bowl and knead as usual.

I sprinkled flour on a bamboo basket, then leavened the dough.

I really wanted to get those circles of flour on the brown skin of the acorn. :)

I put the baking tray lined with baking paper and let it fall on its own, without any help.

I baked it at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.

I camped on it like the Dacians and I ate it with sheep's breasts. :))

Mix 200 g of canned tomatoes (finely chopped) with 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons of fresh basil. You will get a wonderful sauce!

3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, sprinkle them with a little salt and put them in a strainer to drain.

4. Place the pizza top in a pizza tray (30 cm in diameter) in which I spread baking paper. We stretch the worktop by hand to raise its edges a little.

We take each circle separately and fill it with the ingredients already prepared. We place them only in half a circle, and then we take the free part and pull it over the ingredients. Join the edges well with your fingers. I rolled them inwards to make sure they were well glued and I wouldn't have any surprises.

We place them in a tray, on baking paper, and then we put them in the oven already heated to 200 degrees, the fan function, until they brown nicely. If you have a normal oven, put them on medium heat.

After removing them from the oven, grease them with melted butter. This step is optional, but helps the dough stay soft, fragile. Shall I tell you that the next day I ate them with the same pleasure? They were very good. You really have to try it too.
